We are delighted that you have chosen to stay at The Barn Inn, one of Holmes County's finest Bed & Breakfasts, where every guest reservation is important and special to us. If your travel plans change and you must cancel your reservation, please call us at least 10 (ten) days prior to your arrival date for a refund minus a $20 processing fee. Because of our size, last minute cancellations affect us significantly and we also have non-recoverable expenses. Furthermore, unlike hotels, The Barn Inn does not overbook its rooms. This is why we ask everyone to be certain that their plans are firm.

    In the unlikely event that you must cancel with less than ten (10) days notice, shorten your stay or check out early, please understand that we must ask you to take responsibility for your entire reservation. If we can rebook your room(s), a full or partial refund will be made. Cancellation accepted ONLY over the phone, no messages or emails.

●    Please do not use the Information Request Form to notify us of a cancellation, reservation request, or change of the date for your stay. Instead, please call us toll free at 1-877-674-7600.

●    Rates and policies are subject to change and vary during high impact periods and for some special requests.

●    Check-in is from 3:00-7:00 pm. In the event your room is available we'll make every effort to check you in earlier. Please call us if you will be arriving after 7 pm. (Late arrivals please call.)

●    MILLERSBURG COUNTRY COTTAGE Check-in is 1:00 - 2:00 p.m. Come to the Barn Inn for check-in. You will be escorted to the cottage. Checkout is 10 a.m. on the day of departure. If you are unable to arrive by check-in time, please call The Barn Inn office to arrange check-in time.

●    11:00 am check-out time.

●    Absolutely no pets.

●    Only well-behaved children welcome in the Inn. Specific requirements are that children do not run or speak loudly in the barn and are not loud and distracting at the breakfast table.

●    We maintain a smoke-free environment and smoking of any kind is STRICTLY prohibited both inside the inn and outside on the balconies and porches. Smoking is permitted outside, at least a distance of 10' or more from the inn. If a guest chooses to violate this policy, they will be asked to leave and will be charged the full amount of their stay as well as a $150.00 charge to their credit card to compensate for cleaning and lost revenue. Disposal of cigarettes in waste baskets is a violation of Ohio state fire code and may result in a fine from the Fire Marshall.

●    Two night stays are required for weekends in October.

●    The Inn at Honey Run, next door to us, very graciously welcomes The Barn Inn guests to dine at their restaurant. If you wish to dine there, please inquire when you make your lodging reservations with us. Reservations are required for dining.

●    Rooms staying over on a Sunday will receive fresh towels and any other needed amenities that are requested. No other room service is provided on Sunday.

●    Sunday evening dining. The Inn at Honey Run offers, for our guests, a casual dining experience, "Raid the Kitchen", on Sunday evenings. The cost is $14.95 pp including tax. This is our first recommendation for Sunday dining. Call The Barn Inn by Saturday night to make reservation.

●    Groups - Weekend stays (Fri-Sat) require a two-night booking for groups of ten or more persons.

●    The Barn Inn reserves the right to interchange standard room bookings to accommodate reservations.

●    In reserving a room, the purchaser agrees to the following terms:  That he/she is responsible for all charges of indebtedness for room reservations and/or services ordered or rendered.  If payment is made by check, and if that check is returned invalid or un-payable, the purchaser authorizes and grants The Barn Inn permission to charge his/her credit card number for the amount of indebtedness. 

The Barn Inn does not accept Money Orders.
